Who is behind this, and how to reach him.

I Ching Practice is built by one person. Questions and comments go straight to my inbox. Not everything is answered at once, but everything is read.

1. Questions or comments

Have a question about how something works, found a bug, or is something missing that would strengthen the practice? Send it in a short email. I confirm receipt within five business days, and come back to your question as soon as I can say something genuinely useful about it.

2. Ideas for updates are welcome

What would you want to be able to do that you can't now? Which small annoyance bothers you, which pattern would you like to see? Write it down. Not every suggestion gets built — some don't fit within the doctrine, others only come into view later — but no idea disappears without being read. I read these properly, not just to keep a channel open for show.

3. What does not belong here

I can't help you by email with the interpretation of a specific reading. The text, the movement and your own note live in your life path — that's where a reading opens up again. I'm here for the instrument, not for the interpretation itself.

4. Complaint or dispute

You can email complaints directly. I confirm receipt within five business days and aim for a substantive answer within four weeks. The full complaints route is set out in the terms of use, including the reference to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform when we can't resolve it together.

5. GDPR requests

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction or data portability? Send the request to the same email address. To delete your account you can also use the delete button yourself via your account page — it carries out the hard delete immediately. The full explanation of the data processing is set out in the privacy statement.

6. Response pace

I don't work from a helpdesk schedule. Short questions usually get an answer within a few days, complex questions a little longer. If I've received your message but can't yet say anything useful about it, you'll hear that too. Better to stay quiet than send a hollow answer.
